I am carrying out research into interviewing witnesses using the cognitive approach - an interview technique for managers to enable witnesses to recall an event or incident accurately and in detail.
I would like to hear from any managers who investigate complaints, untoward incidents, grievance or discipline matters and who use the cognitive approach.
I would also be very interested to hear from such managers who do not use the approach but would like to take part in a pilot study.
