Smaller cosmetic surgery establishments often fail to have robust systems or processes to collect and analyse information relating to the quality of clinical activity or monitoring of performance, a report by the National Care Standards Commission has found.The report has been submitted to chief medical officer Professor Sir Liam Donaldson, and he said he would be discussing with the NCSC plans for a full review of cosmetic surgery practice across England.
