I recently took my son to Whipps Cross Hospital accident and emergency fracture clinic, and am writing to congratulate them. Specifically:

The efficiency when moving from one procedure to the next (ie doctor, plaster, x-ray, doctor).

The information given on waiting times and treatment.

Improvements in the waiting area and facilities.

My family has always received good care at the hospital, but have been frustrated by customer care and inefficient procedures. This time, both were excellent, especially as it was a busy morning. As the NHS is continually knocked by the media, I want to register my experience.
