Health secretary revisits the NHS cancer plan

Health secretary Patricia Hewitt has announced a new cancer reform strategy to update the NHS cancer plan. Professor Mike Richards, the national cancer director, has been tasked with developing the strategy to 'fit the needs of tomorrow's cancer services'.
