A programme focusing on HR issues in the NHS will be aired on HealthExecTV, the new online TV channel for managers across the health sector, on 8 November.
Resourcing the NHS: putting HR at the top of the agenda will discuss key HR issues such as improving retention and inward recruitment and using HR best practice to raise productivity and staff satisfaction.
Department of Health director of workforce Andrew Foster and NHS Services Scotland chief executive Stuart Bain are among those who will be featured.
HealthExecTV was launched in spring by GBTV.
Programmes are released on a monthly basis and can be viewed free of charge on a computer at any time using software such as Real Player or Windows Media Player. Programmes are also available on a CD.
Viewers must be registered, which can be done for free on the channel's website.
The channel aims to help health managers keep abreast of current issues. Programmes are based on a Newsnight-style format combining high-profile interviews, expert panel discussions, field reports and case studies.
The Institute of Healthcare Management is supporting the venture and providing editorial direction.
