A shake-up of the Liberal Democrats' frontbench team has seen Nick Harvey take over as health spokesperson, with support from Dr Peter Brand. Simon Hughes and Dr Evan Harris, who used to speak on health, have taken on the briefs for home affairs, and for higher education and women, respectively.
