Rob Larkman, who has been chief executive of Camden and Islington community health services trust since 1998, is to be the new chief executive of Camden primary care trust.
Richard Keightley, formerly chair of Dorset Healthcare trust and Dorset health authority, has been appointed chair of Southampton University Hospitals trust, replacing Ken Bryan.Mr Keightley had a 36-year army career, including commandant at Sandhurst royal military academy.
Chris Humphris has been appointed chief executive of Cambridge City primary care trust, having been chief executive of the primary care group since May 2000.

Richard Taylor, current chief executive of Lifespan trust, is to become chief executive designate of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mental Health Partnership trust.The new trust comprises mental health services provided by Addenbrooke's, Hinchingbrooke, King's Lynn, Lifespan and North West Anglia Healthcare trusts as well as social services for mental health service users.
Rachel Tyndal has become chief executive designate of Islington primary care trust, having chaired the project team leading up to the creation of the new trust.She was previously a director at Camden and Islington health authority and deputy chief executive at West Surrey HA.
Caroline Taylor, chief executive designate of Croydon and Surrey Downs Community trust, has been appointed chief executive of the new Croydon primary care trust, which brings together the services provided by the community trust and Croydon primary care groups.
