Philip Moss has been appointed executive director of development at Doncaster and South Humber Healthcare trust.The newly created post will mean Mr Ross is leading the development of the trust's strategic policy.A qualified social worker, he has worked for Milton Keynes development corporation and Sheffield Hallam University.
