David Wragg has been appointed as director of finance at Greenwich Healthcare trust. He previously worked for NSA Consulting.

She was previously director of HR at North Hertfordshire trust. Andrew Harwood has become director of finance, information and IT. He was previously head of finance at Buckinghamshire health authority.
Professor Tom Husband has been appointed as chair-designate of a new trust to be formed by the merger of East Hertfordshire trust and North Hertfordshire trust. He was vice-chancellor of Salford University for seven years.
Helen Busteed has been reappointed chair of Trafford Healthcare trust.
She is a former chair of the local community health council.
Eddie Pope has become a non-executive director of Lancashire Ambulance Service trust. He is currently head of financial support services at the University of Central Lancashire.
