Duties: Responsible for 20 staff working in the youth team, workplace team and priority needs team (dealing with ethnic minority health and working with the deaf community). Also responsible for child health policy and health inequalities. Before that he was project manager (inequalities in health initiative). Until recently he spent a year on secondment as acting co-ordinator of the Glasgow Health Cities Partnership.
