Later this month the National Audit Office will also publish a report on whether the Department of Health's programme represents value for money. Meanwhile MPs on the Commons public accounts committee are set to question Richard Granger, chief executive of NHS Connecting for Health - the agency responsible for implementing the programme - later this month.
