He is currently chief executive of Haringey teaching primary care trust.
Simon Leftley has been appointed chief executive of Bexley Care trust.Mr Leftley moves from Bexley council where is director of social services and housing.
William Greenwood has been named head of primary care at Greater Manchester strategic health authority.He joins from Manchester NHS Shared Service Agency, where he was director in chief.His NHS career began in 1968 in medical records at Tameside Hospital.
Princess Royal Trust for Carers chief executive Alison Ryan is leaving after five years to become chief executive of the merging Joseph Weld and Trimar Hospice Trust and CancerCare Dorset.
