So Monitor salutes 'Hinch' for 'his attempts to stimulate lively debate. And Lord knows what else' (14 February) by his tired references to topless page-three girls and to 'angels of mercy' nurses 'at your bedside day and night'. Sexist stereotypes may be a joke to Monitor and an easy way to fill an increasingly dull page, but members of the nursing profession and HSJ readers (of either sex) deserve better.
