The Terrence Higgins Trust today publishes a guide to help primary care trusts ensure they achieve the 48-hour genito-urinary medicine access targets by 2008 and a reduction in the number of new gonorrhoea diagnoses.
Paul Ward, deputy chief executive of the THT, said: 'PCTs have asked us for advice on meeting these targets over the past few months. These reports are aimed at giving them real support in meeting the sexual health challenges they've been set.'
