The largest private finance initiative project in Wales has been signed and sealed, Bro Morgannwg trust has announced.The trust admits that managers and developer Baglan Moor Healthcare plc 'toiled through the night' last week to ensure the £66m needed for the hospital for Neath and Port Talbot could be raised last Friday.Building work is due to start this week.

The hospital at Baglan Moor will provide 270 beds, plus other district general hospital services.Trust chief executive Paul Williams said: 'I set my staff a very demanding schedule that has been achieved.'
