Primary care trusts must spend government funding on sexual health services and not use the extra cash to plug financial problems, Baroness Gould, president of sexual health charity FPA, has warned. She said that the 'real challenge [in the coming year] is to make sure that money allocated to PCTs for sexual health is spent for that purpose'. She told a fringe meeting on Wednesday that there were already reports from different parts of the country that the money was being diverted from sexual health.
