Jon Czul

A graduate of policy studies and quantitative research, Jon embraces an evidence-based approach to all projects ensuring hypothesised ambitions are achieved in practice.

With a successful history of supporting organisations to navigate large scale change and transformation projects, he has helped central government departments, national agencies and some of the largest third sector organisations from across the UK to address challenges and realise the cause.

Jon believes that you don’t have to change people, to change people. Through understanding the culture of an organisation, its service users and the broad impacts of policy and economics, he supports customers through implementing innovative and progressive programmes of work.

Prior to working at Skills for Health, Jon specialised in business change, digital transformation and thought leadership across the public sector. He prides himself on building long-term and meaningful relationships and welcomes all opportunities to speak with organisations about their ambitions.

Outside of work, Jon provides mentorship to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to return to education and surpass an often-underestimated potential.
