CAPITAL SCHEMES: NHS Lincolnshire is anticipating a capital underspend of £1.25m relating to schemes concerning Louth Hospital.
This is because the schemes are not expected to be completed by the end of the year, meaning the money would have to be returned to NHS East Midlands.
The Fen Lane, North Hykeham development has been reassessed and as a result the costs have increased. The costing details had
been presented to and considered by the capital group and signed off by the chief executive under delegated authority.
Overall, in terms of capital, financial monitoring returns continue to forecast that cash limits will be fully utilised. Performance in November for payment of invoices had improved.
