PERFORMANCE: NHS Thanet Clinical Commissioning Group has set out its plans to tackle the priority areas of tobacco-related disease, obesity and dementia.

A 20-page prospectus has been produced by the CCG, explaining what it is, how it is funded and how it plans to allocate its resources.
