STRUCTURE: There are five emerging commissioning consortia in North Yorkshire, and a small number of practices which have joined a neighbouring Bradford and Airedale group.

A board paper confirms five groups were emerging at the end of March: Hambleton & Richmondshire and Whitby Consortium; Vale of York Commissioning Consortium; York and Selby including Terrington, Kirbymoorside and Pocklington; Harrogate Rural and District Consortium; Scarborough Practices (not including Rillington; Ryedale Practices made up of Pickering, Malton, Ampleforth, Helmsley, Rillington.

In addition, most practices in Craven have joined with the Airedale and Wharfedale Alliance and formed the Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven Consortium.
