PERFORMANCE: Nottinghamshire Healthcare has “one of the highest levels of delayed transfers of care in the country”, its board papers say.
This year, the trust has achieved an average delayed transfer rate of 8.2 per cent, against a target of no more than 7.5 per cent.
The most recently published performance report says this is improving. But it adds: “Recently released Audit Commission data relating to delayed transfers of care shows that the trust remains significantly above the NHS average.”
