The deadline for entering the 2018 Patient Safety Awards has been extended to 9 February.
Now in their tenth year, the Patient Safety Awards are an integral part of the Patient Safety Congress and have become one of the biggest celebrations of outstanding practice in the NHS and from independent providers.
If you have not started your entry yet, here is how to enter:
- Go to https://awards.patientsafetycongress.co.uk/enter.
- Register your details.
- Select one or more of the 19 categories.
- Complete and submit your entry by Friday 9 February.
If you have already started, visit the website and log back in to complete your entry.

The 2018 awards will take place on the first day of the Patient Safety Congress on 9 July at Manchester Central.
