Actually, I think one of the virtues of the HSJ is that it actively facilitates the airing of articulate dispute and sometimes controversial opinion. Neil Goodwin's view - that organisations (and individuals with management responsibility) have to think very clearly about how they communicate difficult and controversial issues is an entirely appropriate and pertinent starting point for a discussion. I think it's a challenging and interesting piece.
