A supplement that allows a wider exploration and debate would be great. So many CCG commissioning plans rely on capacity in the community to relieve the pressure on the acute sector and redesign care for hundreds of thousands of patients nation-wide... but there are disappointingly few parallel estates commissioning plans to provide the physical capacity to see this through. It doesn't help, of course, that the timing is so different in terms of what feels like 'a long way in the future' for GPs and CCGs is a 'frighteningly tight timescale' for procurement and delivery of estates projects!
