Why are trusts afraid to hear how their services are? Who pays them? Who do they exist for? Do they not want to learn and improve. I just don't get it. Where trusts take patient involvement and feedback seriously and welcome them they get far better outcomes, happier staff, lower absence and churn, and provide the spice they all really want to provide. That's why they became nurses, doctors, and the rest. No one wants to do a bad job. Just listen to the patient and carer. All power to Patient Opinion!
