WORKFORCE: Five more directors have been appointed to the board of the largest strategic health authority cluster in England.
NHS Midlands and East, which covers a population of roughly 16 million, announced today Dr Stephen Dunn has been made director of policy and strategy.
Moira Dumma and Dr Paul Zollinger-Read will share directorial responsibility for commissioning development across the 95 clinical commissioning groups in the former East Midlands, West Midlands and East of England regions.
Dr David Walker will be director of public health and Dale Bywater director of provider development.
Chief executive of the cluster Sir Neil McKay announced the news to staff this afternoon.
Four other appointments were announced last week.
