STRUCTURE: South Tees Hospitals Foundation Trust has reopened a ward in a community hospital following £60,000 improvements.

The urgent care centre at Guisborough Primary Care Hospital, which was closed during the work, has also reopened.

A statement said the work had “improved the patient environment by decorating the ward throughout; laying new flooring in the day room; upgrading the medicines room; creating walk-in storage area and replacing all the antiquated sinks and pipework on the ward block”.
