PERFORMANCE: The proportion of Stockport FT accident and emergency patients admitted or treated and discharged within four hours has fallen sharply below national standards, latest commissioner board papers show.
In January, the foundation trust recorded performance of just 82.37 per cent, against a national target of 95 per cent, according to NHS Greater Manchester’s latest performance report. In the first 2.5 weeks of February it fell even further, to 81.33 per cent.
In 2012-13, Stockport has only hit the A&E target in two months – July and September.
