FINANCE: The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals Foundation Trust had a year to date surplus of £5.3m against a plan of £2.2m at the end of November, board members heard.

The trust’s income in November was 4.3 per cent - £852,000 - above plan. Activity has been above planned levels for the year to date, most significantly in non-electives which are 21 per cent above plan.
