FINANCE: The north London integrated care organisation faces a disinvestment under the North Central London cluster’s QIPP programme of £19.8m over the next three years.

The £186m-turnover hospital trust will see activity diverted away from it under the QIPP plans going up to 2014/15.

The cluster anticipates saving £11m of that in referal management, a further £0.6m in acute productivity and has identified a “gap” of £3.6m in its total

The five-PCT cluster anticipates total savings from its acute contracts of £160.2m, 74 per cent of its £215.2m total.
