Since 2005, he has designed, led and implemented more than 25 international, England-wide and regional workforce programmes including the development of national workforce planning systems, ICS-level strategies, commissioner and bespoke provider planning, assurance and workforce redesign projects across primary care, acute, mental health and social services.
