- St George’s University Hospitals Trust: Developed an app, helping pregnant women at risk of pre-eclampsia to monitor their blood pressure at home, reducing the number of appointments for hypertension monitoring by 53 per cent.
- Cambridge University Hospitals Foundation Trust: Developed an electronic system to provide staff with a complete medical record of a patient, saving 4,500 clinic appointments by viewing notes virtually.
- North East Ambulance Service Foundation Trust: Reduced A&E attendances by launching a system that allows 111 systems to communicate with different systems used by GP practices.
