PERFORMANCE: Yeovil District Hospital Foundation Trust is failing the 18 week referral to treatment target in three specialties for admitted patients and three for non-admitted patients.

Only 60 per cent of admitted patients were seen in dermatology within 18 weeks against a target of 90 per cent. Opthalmology also failed at 81 weeks as did trauma and orthopaedics at 85 per cent.

Trauma and orthopaedics also missed the 95 per cent target for non-admitted patients with just 83 per cent seen within the timeframe. Ear, nose and throat treated 77 per cent of patients wihtin 18 weeks while oral surgery saw 83 per cent.

However the trust achieved both standards at aggregate level.
