Rocketing transfer delays at Shrewsbury and Telford put target at risk
PERFORMANCE: The number of bed days lost due to delays at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust increased by 262 per cent from December 2010 to January 2011, putting a target to half delays by the end of the year at risk.
