Heart of Birmingham transfers £15m to help cluster
FINANCE: Funding worth £16.6m is being transferred from two primary care trusts, NHS Heart of Birmingham and NHS South Birmingham, to the other members of its cluster, NHS Birmingham East and North and NHS Solihull.
