Essential for Andy and Cynthia, not essential for patients or NHS staff.

The public will not see the NHS as chaotic if this fails. I think most people who are honest within the NHS are sick of all the succession of ruses and japes dreamed up to "improve" "quality". This being the latest, but probabaly not the last - until May.
