I have rarely read any article that is so full of "professional-speak". It is almost incomprehensible.

It is also very poor. Were is the evidence that success is a motivator for improvement. Common sense maybe, but evidence based?

Oh yes, I forgot, everything needs to be evidemce based.

What about optimal skill mixes in Integrated Care. I see this as the biggest challenge yet the article doesn't seem to regard it as important as the management issues it (rightly) identifies.
