Standard tools, standard measures or you do not get paid - there goes innovation then.
Further I can just envisage the forms now - is there anythinbg else you would like us to pay for? Really providers will get paid for liaison work etc, it is just not going to happen. PBR is based on the false and naive premise that schizophrenia can be viewed the same as hip replacements and from this starting point the academics ended up with a psuedo science....it will not work.
