FINANCE: McKinsey accounted for nearly three-quarters of NHS North West London’s consultancy spending of £8.8m in 2011-12, new documents reveal.

Projects included “commissioning support organisation transition support” and “provider reconfiguration support” with PA consulting, which comes to £5.6m.

There were also smaller projects on: “elective pathways of care” (£248k), “2011-12 contracting review” (£153k) and “data warehouse IT support” with Concentra (£30k).
