1992 Further consultation after Leeds community health council calls for more 'dispersed services'.

1998 Full business case for a three-unit PFI scheme due to be agreed 'by Christmas'. The plan is rejected - the NHS Executive argues that land values included in the plan were too low and that the land should be marketed separately.

April 1999 The trust is awaiting a decision from the Executive on the resubmitted full business case - and hopes to sign a contract 'by July', to complete by 2001.
