Trusts and primary care trusts have been issued guidance so they can carry out their own staff surveys for the first time.The Department of Health guidance is based on 10 core questions.From next year, the Commission for Health Improvement will take over the running of the surveys.The guidance outlines how trusts need to collect results using a survey results table and feed back to the DoH's designated web address by 31 March 2003.
