The Commission for Health Improvement has continued concerns after it revisited East Kent Hospitals trust. It returned to the trust following a visit in March when it found serious delays in its three accident and emergency departments.The follow-up visit found that the situation had improved and the environment of the department refurbished and expanded, but CHI said the majority of patients who had heart attacks were still not receiving thrombolysis.CHI will return again in six months.
