COMMERCIAL: Engagement with the public has begun on the current out of hours (OOH) services provided by Nottingham Emergency Medical Services (NEMS) in the City and South and Central Nottinghamshire Clinical Services (CNCS) in the north of the county.

The current OOH contracts will expire at the end of March 2013. The first stage of the procurement process is to find out if the current service is meeting the needs of local communities.

Letters and questionnaires have been circulated widely across the County and City to patient groups; people have until 31 January to have their say.
