GOLD: Anglia Ruskin University: NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme

The NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme is a workforce development programme for all NHS staff. Established in 2016, it aims to support healthcare staff to develop the entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and experience needed to successfully develop and spread innovation, for the benefit of patients, the public, and the wider NHS. The programme offers a range of support including education and learning, mentoring, networking, and access to exclusive opportunities, expertise and resources.

It enables staff to develop innovations and commercial ideas whilst continuing to work in the NHS and fosters a culture for innovation and entrepreneurialism.
