HSJ wants to hear your views on women and leadership in the NHS.

In association with the King’s Fund we have launched an online survey on women in healthcare. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete, and we are just as interested in the views of men as women.

The survey is open to all − not just HSJ subscribers − and is designed to explore what the role of female leaders should be.

Do you think female leaders have more, the same or less authority as men in the health sector? Are they under greater pressure to prove themselves? Does having children put them at a disadvantage? And have you seen sexual discrimination in your workplace?

Click here to have your say.

We’ve already had several hundred responses, but if you have not filled it in yet, we would value your input so it can be as comprehensive a picture as possible.

All responses will be treated in confidence.
