Leeds Community Healthcare Trust is creating a culture of Speaking, Listening and Following Up. It says it has trust-wide engagement for: a number of Speaking Up portals in the organisation; a special commitment and work to hearing the voices of staff who may be marginalised, such as black, Asian and minority ethnic colleagues, staff who shield etc; a programme of pastoral emotional support for every staff member who speaks up; a special focus on leadership supporting managers to hear and hold concerns.
