Cambridge Hospitals missing 18 week target

PERFORMANCE: Cambridge University Hospitals Foundation Trust is not meeting the 18 week referral-to-treatment standard and progress on doing so has fallen behind plan, the PCT cluster board heard. The trust is likely to miss agreed recovery targets for some specialities.
