Petrhaps the reason why the Gov seem to have made a strange decision in widening access to pensions and creating a liability they cannot meet is not for the greater strategic dissolution of the NHS to brand bur because they still intend to wade in with the axe at a later date and slash benefits further? Maybe....just a thought.
