Leadership in the NHS - NIL.

Command and control - total.

Managerialism - plenty.

Far too much talk of leadership, none of delivering patients ZERO HARM, RIGHT FIRST TIME. That's what the NHS must deliver now.

With Nicholson in command, no chance.

Come and talk to the bereaved of Mid Staffs.
