Surely this one statement speaks volumes about just how little Mr Blond understands the NHS? It is highly disturbing that people like Mr Blond with their superficial understanding of the service and equally superficial pet theories about what should be done have the power and influence that they do. It's exactly this kind of 'thinking' (and I use the term loosely) that has lead to the current shambles of a reorganisation.

Mr Blond and his ilk are the problem and not the solution.
